National Museum of Natural History (National Museum of Natural History) is a museumrun by the Smithsonian Institution, located on the north side of National Mall,Washington, DC, United Serikat.Museum was founded in 1910, the building wasdesigned by architects Hornblower & Marshall. Building is designed with architectural styles neoklasisisme, and built on the north side of Constitution Avenue National Mall aspart of development plans in Washington DC.

In this museum can be seen the origin of man, opset animals from around the world,fossils of dinosaurs, and evolutionary history. The museum collection consists of 32million specimens and artifacts that exhibited little by little the exhibition schedule.

American Museum of Natural History was founded in 1869 by several people, one of whom was the father of U.S. President 26, Theodore Roosevelt. A statue of PresidentRoosevelt on the steps of the Museum, greets visitors as they go through the mainentrance across the street from Central Park on Manhattan's Upper West Side. From there, twenty-five interconnected buildings open to large exploration and learning opportunities. And with more than 32 million specimens in the collection, although manyare actually in the warehouse.

The scientist who once worked for the museum include paleontologist and geologistHenry Fairfield Osborn, Roy Chapman Andrews (dinosaur fossil hunters in the Gobi Desert), George Gaylord Simpson; biologist Ernst Mayr, the pioneer culturalanthropologists Franz Boas and Margaret Mead, Robert ornitolog Cushman Murphy. J.P. Morgan was one of the museum's benefactors. Philanthropist Harry Payne WhitneySouth Sea Expedition finance Whitney (1920-1932) who carried out the museum.
